Happy 1 week Brigham!

A week has already flown by with our little guy and I can't believe how we got along without him. Isabel has been so great with him, I can even run to the bathroom really quick without fearing for his life. He is such a content little guy, he cries even less than Isabel did, which I didn't think was possible. David says he sleeps way too much, he wants to play with him more:)

Here are the roses David brought me at the hospital. They are so beautiful and had tons of greenery that looked like they grew in the mountains. He said he was going to get me red roses, but then thought they were too girly for Brigham, so he got these instead!

Can you tell that she is smitten with him?

If it is possible, his beatiful complexion has made me look even more white!

His first bath. He was pretty mad that we woke him up and made him get in the tub. But the second we took him out he was content again.

We have gotten a few inches of snow (on top of 2 inches of solid ice) on Friday, so David took Isabel out to sled down the hill behind our building. It was pretty cold, so they only lasted about 15 minutes, but she had a blast!)

She loves to give Brigham kisses and hugs

We took a picture of Isabel like this when we brought her home from the hospital and now David says we have to get a picture with his deer when we bring all our kids home. Notice the size difference between Isabel and Brigham. He may catch up to her pretty quick!

After we bathed Brigham again last night, Isabel wanted to get in (the whole "I have to be involved in everything that Brigham is"), so David bathed her in the kitchen sink. She had so much fun.

We took Brigham in for his weight and jaundice check on Friday and he looks great. The doctor said he didn't really have any jaundice and he was already an ounce over his birth weight (7 lbs, 14 oz. now). We are so happy he is healthy and eating great. He is such a sweetheart and we feel so blessed to have these two munchkins in our family. They make it all worth it!

I can't believe how much smaller she was. It's crazy.

Every girl needs a big brother. Brigham may not be older but he will probably fill the "big brother" roll for her anyway. :)
