4th of July

We went to a fourth of July parade tonight and there was this man wearing stilts and dressed like Uncle Sam. We got a pic with Isabel and she didn't really know what to think. She was so intrigued by all the floats and cars going by, she was in a trance. But she didn't really like the fire truck that was blasting its horn, now that brought out her bottom lip. Isabel is so much fun to watch and she explores the world around her.

Blessing Day

Here are some pictures from Isabel's blessing. It was such a special day and I am so lucky to have such a sweet baby. David gave the most beautiful blessing, Isabel is really lucky to have such a great Daddy. She was smiling like crazy when we were taking these pics the morning of. She is such a character!

Chubby Bunny!

These were taken a few weeks ago. She is getting so big and so happy. I love the rolls all over her. She is still pretty petite, but I think she is getting so big. Isabel is a very content baby, which makes mommy very happy. As you can see, she loves her binky. I think she is the most beautiful baby, and I love her blue eyes and crazy hair (traits from her daddy).

Isabel's first swim time!

Last week was so hot, so we put Isabel in our neighbors kiddie pool. I think we had more fun than her, she didn't know what to think. But the water was perfect temperature, so she didn't cry. One time, I put her on her tummy, and she decided to relax her neck and dunked her face under the water for a split second. That took her breath away to say the least. Can't wait to take her to a big swimming pool that is heated. We tried a few weeks ago up in Midway, but the pool was freezing, so she wanted no part of that!

She is so much fun and growing so fast!
